Nancy Cloonan is an abstract painter based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, whose paintings are an amalgamation of the shapes, lines, and ordinary gems she sees while walking. Cloonan earned a BA in Studio Art with a concentration in Printmaking and Photography from Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York.  She has taken a plethora of courses and workshops in a variety of mediums over the past few decades. Cloonan’s work has been exhibited in a variety of group shows in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Her work is in private collections throughout the US and England. She has been featured in Artypants Magazine twice.
