This beloved community tradition transforms our historic village into a lively hub of creativity\, culture\, and celebration. \nAs the cornerstone of our annual fundraising efforts\, the festival showcases an impressive array of fine art\, artisan works\, live music\, captivating performances\, interactive craft activities for children\, and so much more. Festival-goers can also enjoy delicious offerings from local food trucks\, a spectacular giant puppet parade\, and an exciting lineup of special events throughout the weekend. \nWe are proud to offer this incredible event for free to the public. We feel it is a testament to the power of the arts to unite us all and bring our community together. North River Arts provides a wide array of opportunities during this weekend event to artists\, both aspiring and professionals. From our Art in the Barn sale\, plein air painters\, artisan vendors\, volunteer opportunities\, poetry readings\, and more\, there is something for everyone and we hope you get involved!  \nJoin us on Friday\, May 23\, 7-10pm\, for the Preview Party Fundraiser\, a block-party style event with bar\, catering\, live music\, a sneak-peak of the Festival of the Arts National Juried Exhibit and more! Tall Richard and the Night Owls will play live\, serving up a party atmosphere with bar\, food\, art and great company.  \nIn 2024\, thousands of art lovers gathered to support our vibrant arts community\, and we can’t wait to welcome even more visitors this year.
