DESCRIPTION:“Poets & Painters” Exhibit\nSeptember 20 through November 9\, 2025\nReception: Sunday\, September 21\, 2025 | 1:00 – 4:00pm \nA Pop-up Exhibit in our Alden Studio Gallery \nIn this exhibit\, participating artists have created an original artwork inspired by poetry written by the Duxbury Poetry Circle. \nThe Duxbury Poetry Circle participates in our spring “Painters & Poets” event\, when the poets write original poetry in response to artwork hanging in our gallery. This “Poets & Painters” exhibit flips the creative process\, with artists creating new artwork in response to poems provided by the Poetry Circle. \nA Call for Artists quickly filled all available spots\, and the exhibit will include 40 pieces of 10″ x 10″ artwork. \nThe exhibit will be on display in the Alden Studio Gallery\, located at the museum at 189 Alden Street\, Duxbury\, MA.
